For the Green Goddess Dressing:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative)

1/2 avocado

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Prepare all vegetables: finely chop the cabbage, dice the cucumber, and slice the green onions. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
