Ingredients
4 oz (about 1/2 cup) Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
8 oz (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions (green onions)
Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice for brightness
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and crumbled Gorgonzola.
Mix with a hand mixer or fork until mostly smooth (a few small Gorgonzola chunks are fine).
Stir in the garlic powder, black pepper, and chopped scallions.
If desired, add lemon juice to brighten the flavor.
Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.
